Ajah is a town in Lagos State that lies in Eti-osa local government area In Eastern part of Lagos. However, Ajah shares common boundaries with Lekki at the West and Epe at the East. Also, it is close to Atlantic ocean at the South. Ajah is a fast growing urban community with thousands of occupants residing here. Majorly because it is relatively more affordable in terms of cost of living; compare to other parts of Lagos. Such as Lekki phase 1, Victoria Island, Ikoyi and a few more others to mention. The community is a developing one with infrastructures, private and government institutions such as schools and offices.

Thomas Estate Ajah Lagos
This is a community in Ajah, Eti Osa local government area found along Lekki express way, within a few distance from the Ajah fly over bridge. Its roads are fairly good although not a smooth ride. There is a direct main road linking to the express way of Ajah. It is securely guarded so it has a security post at the entrance of the street. Also, there are land plots for sale as well as houses for either sale or rent including vendor shops.
The Thomas estate in Ajah is a peaceful and safe one with beautiful residential spaces for living. Motorcyclist were usually available at this estate to ease movement from the entrance into the deep parts of the estates until the recent ban of motorcycles by the Lagos state government.
