Statistics on Covid-19
Despite the precautions taken; the virus has so far been recorded in 210 countries and territories. Therefore, it’s basically become an epidemic. That is rapidly affecting every part of the world with new cases daily. Furthermore, statistics as at 16th of April 2020 currently puts the number of confirmed cases worldwide to be 2,091,517. The number of deaths at 135,230 and recovered patients are 516,831. Active cases, i.e currently infected patients records 1,439,456. Furthermore, closed cases are 652,061. Meanwhile, recovered/discharged cases are 516,831 (79%) and death rate is 135,230 (21%). Also, the number of cases has prevalently increased daily. Since its first outbreak of a few cases in city of Wuhan; central China in January 2020. But despite its upsurge, there are countries without Corona virus cases. Or that are yet to record any case of the virus.

Countries without Corona virus cases
Since the first case in china months ago on November 17 2019. The coronavirus has been affecting over 200 countries and territories; around the world, with new cases daily. However, developed countries with large population; have reported confirmed cases with more being recorded every day. Furthermore, countries like Germany, have a total case of 134,753. China, a total confirmed case of 82,341 and USA with the highest tally have a total number of 644,348 all updated as of 16th, April 2020.
Africa is not left out of this as they have their fair share of the pandemic. The continent punch in additional cases daily as other countries affected, having over 15,000 confirmed cases so far. Actual case statistics puts confirmed cases over 15,346 for now. Number of deaths is more than 835 and recoveries is more than 2,946. Infected countries is placed at 52 and the virus free countries are only two. With this startling status, there some countries without Corona virus cases.
