Villages in kwara

Irapa

However, Irapa is a village in Oko-Irese, that lies on Omu-aran / Oro-agor road in Irepodun LGA. Also, the village is 1 among the 7 Villages that serves as ward to Oko-Irese. However, the indigenes love fishing. While in this part of the state, you will be amaze by the size of rock and abundance of water here. Although, the only thing that discourages visitors; in this village is hotels. As you will not find any around.

Igbaja

Igbaja is a village in ifelodun LGA; whose root is from the Igbomina clan. However, the village lies in the southern guinea savannah. Also, the village is in the southeastern part of Ilorin. With about 40 kilometers distance. One good thing about this place is that; there’s enough clay for pottery. However, these people are popular for farming. Also, their main farm produce are; Yam, Okra and Garden egg. The people of this community are good potters. Furthermore, the community is home to Radio ELWA and a Theological College.

Esie village in kwara state

However, Esie is an ancient village in Irepodun LGA, Kwara state that was founded by a hunter Prince Baragbon C. In 1770. Moreover, Esie is not a town but rather a village. Although, the village is one of the igbomina clan in Yoruba land. However, the village attract tourist to this part of the state because of the Esiẹ Museum that was found in 1945. This is why people visit this village.
